Welcome to Agricon HortiConnect 2026, organised by Ethereal Corporate Network Pvt. Ltd. ("Organiser", "we", "us"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the Agricon HortiConnect 2026 website, registration portal, communications, and on-site facilities at BIEC Bengaluru. By accessing the site or registering for the expo, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the site or any expo service, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years of age, that all information you submit is accurate, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Registration and credentials

Exhibitor, sponsor, hosted-buyer and visitor passes are issued solely for trade-related participation in Agricon HortiConnect 2026. Passes are non-transferable. The Organiser reserves the right to verify business profiles, request supporting documents, and decline or revoke passes at its sole discretion.

3. Booth allocation and exhibitor obligations

Booth allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis subject to receipt of confirmation and applicable advance payment. Final dimensions, adjacencies and inclusions are governed entirely by the signed Exhibitor Agreement. Exhibitors are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, the products and services displayed, compliance with Indian import and regulatory requirements, and the safety and legality of all exhibited items, literature and branding.

4. Visitor conduct

Visitors agree to follow venue rules, on-site safety protocols, and reasonable instructions from expo staff. The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry, revoke passes, or escort out any visitor acting in violation of these conditions.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, imagery, layouts and code — belongs to the Organiser or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written consent. The names "Agricon HortiConnect", "Agricon HortiConnect 2026" and associated marks are trademarks of the Organiser.

6. Third-party links

The site may include links to partner platforms, sponsors, exhibitors, hotels, freight forwarders and visa portals. We do not control those external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at the expo, including loss, theft, damage, delay or injury at the venue, in transit, or during booth construction and dismantling. Exhibitors and visitors are advised to arrange appropriate insurance.

8. Force majeure

Force majeure events — including natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory restrictions, or venue unavailability — may result in rescheduling, relocation, or format changes. The Organiser's liability in such cases is strictly limited to the terms set out in the Exhibitor Agreement or registration confirmation.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, refund, and rebooking terms are governed by the signed Exhibitor Agreement, sponsorship contract, or registration confirmation, as applicable. No refunds are due for visa rejection, travel disruption or attendee no-shows.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Updates

The Organiser may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published at this URL with the most recent effective date.
