Exhibit With Us
Agricon HortiConnect 2026 puts your solutions in front of 25,000+ verified trade buyers — commercial growers, FPOs, export houses, consultants, and institutional procurement teams actively sourcing across protected cultivation, irrigation, seeds, post-harvest, and agritech.
This is not a footfall event. Every visitor is screened, every buyer is slotted, and every zone is built around how sourcing decisions are actually made. Three days here translates into a year's worth of qualified pipeline.
Eight Reasons Serious Brands Lock In Their 2026 Booth Early
Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is engineered to convert a three-day floor presence into measurable sales pipeline. From verified buyer density and a hosted buyer programme, to zoned floor planning and post-show lead qualification — every element of the expo is designed so exhibitors close more deals in less time.
Below are the eight structural reasons horticulture and agritech brands choose this edition. Each is built into the format — not a nice-to-have.
500+ Pre-Qualified Buyers Flown In and Scheduled
We fly in 500+ pre-qualified growers, procurement heads, and export buyers with travel and stay covered by the organiser. Each buyer completes a sourcing brief that we match to exhibitor categories, and our team slots dedicated 1:1 meetings into your booth calendar. You arrive to scheduled demand, not guesswork.
Full-Scale Setups Buyers Can Evaluate in Action
Brochures don't close deals; working rigs do. The dedicated demo ground hosts full-scale polyhouses, hydroponic walls, fertigation loops, drone spraying runs, and pack-house lines — so buyers evaluate your solution under real conditions, ask real operational questions, and leave with a gut sense of whether your system fits their site.
Speaking Slots on a Stage the Industry Listens To
The three-day conference track brings government policy makers, ICAR scientists, leading exporters, and category-defining brands to one auditorium. Premium sponsor packages include a speaking position — positioning your leadership as the voice of your category, and putting your brand in front of the audience that influences buying decisions well beyond the expo floor.
Pre-Show Matchmaking
We Stack Your Calendar Before You Arrive
Through the exhibitor portal you share product focus and target buyer profiles. Our matchmaking team pairs those against pre-registered buyer briefs and sends you a provisional meeting calendar before day one. Walk in with a booth calendar that's already 60% full — and close the other 40% through walk-in conversations.
15+ Country Pavilions and Export-Ready Buyers
Agricon HortiConnect 2026 hosts 15+ country pavilions — suppliers and buyers from the EU, Middle East, SE Asia, and Africa coming to source from India and sell into it. Indian exhibitors get export-ready enquiries without a trade mission; international brands get a single-point entry into India's fastest-growing protected-cultivation market.
Exhibitor Disclaimer
Booth allocation at Agricon HortiConnect 2026 is made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receipt of the booking confirmation and applicable advance payment. Submission of an enquiry or expression of interest does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed booking or reservation of any floor space.
All booth sizes, floor plans, pricing, sponsorship slots, and scheme inclusions shared by the organiser are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final allocation, dimensions, and adjacencies are at the sole discretion of the organiser and will be confirmed in the official Exhibitor Agreement.
Exhibitors are solely responsible for the accuracy of information submitted during registration, for the products and services displayed at their booth, for compliance with Indian import and regulatory requirements, and for ensuring that all exhibited items, literature, and branding are lawful, non-infringing, and safe for public display.
The organiser, Ethereal Corporate Network, shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or injury arising at the venue, in transit, or during booth construction and dismantling. Exhibitors are strongly advised to arrange their own insurance cover for goods, equipment, personnel, and public liability.
Force majeure events — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory restrictions, or venue unavailability — may result in rescheduling, relocation, or format changes to the expo. In such cases, the organiser's liability is strictly limited to the terms set out in the Exhibitor Agreement.
Cancellation and refund terms, payment schedules, and service inclusions are governed entirely by the signed Exhibitor Agreement. Participation in Agricon HortiConnect 2026 implies acceptance of the organiser's official terms, conditions, and venue rules in full.
